Calgary police revenue from speeding ticket enforcement down $13M-15M this year

In a budget adjustment letter sent to the city’s chief financial officer last month, Calgary Police Commission chair Shawn Cornett said CPS is set to collect $13 million to $15 million less in revenue from speeding tickets than was forecasted.
