Moment furious row breaks out between dog walkers at luxury tower
by ARTHUR PARASHAR · Mail OnlineThis is the moment a furious row broke out between a group of dog owners at a luxury tower block along the River Thames.
Shocking footage obtained by MailOnline shows a Chihuahua-owning couple launching a vile tirade of abuse towards two women walking their Husky-mix breeds outside the exclusive Thames City apartments in Nine Elms, south west London.
Mariana, 32, said she thought she was going to be attacked by the male dog walker who erupted with fury at a puppy park outside the waterside development on Tuesday.
Mariana and her friend were walking their dogs, a Chowski (Chow-Husky) and a Pomsky (Pomeranian-Husky) called Luna and Kon, in the public park when they say they were screamed at by the man's girlfriend.
Furious that the chowski had approached her two Chihuahuas, the woman allegedly started yelling and demanding that their dogs be put on a lead.
Instead of calmly addressing the situation, she called her boyfriend, who majorly escalated the row outside Thames City, where apartments range in price from £3.8million to £7.8million, according to Foxtons.
In the video, he can be heard shouting: 'Take that thing to the rescue centre. That dog should be on a lead. Put your dog on the f***ing lead. Put it on a lead.'

Mariana, who told MailOnline this was the third time they had got annoyed about the dog approaching their Chihuahuas, could be heard saying: 'I'm sorry who are you?'
But the enraged man hit back, saying: 'Who the f*** am I? I'm the owner of that f***ing dog.'
As Mariana moved closer to him, he then stared down the camera lens and yelled: 'One of you lay a finger on me and I'll drop you.'
As dog zoomed around him, he then shouted: 'He's attacking me. I'm going to hurt it in a second.'
Visibly distressed by the situation, Mariana's friend added: 'Don't be like this all the time.'
But the furious man replied: 'Don't be like what? You can't control your dog. Your dog should go to a home.'
Approaching the dog, he added: 'Get your dog away from me. Move away with the dog. You are f***ing mental.'
And walking towards the women, he said: You are f***ing mental. You are mental. Go home. F***ing ugly ****, you and your dog.'
The male dog walker, who locals are aware of, then allegedly followed the women as they walked back to their nearby home.
The man was furious that they were walking their dogs in the park outside of the block where he lives when they live a few buildings along.
'Walk where you live, f***ing idiot,' he shouted in a second video shared with MailOnline. 'What are you going to do? Your dogs running around... you can't even control it.'
Speaking after the terrifying ordeal, Mariana told MailOnline: 'This guy has this switch that just flips.
'He's very well known in the area. I thought at one second I was 100 per cent ready for him to hit me. It's a dynamic that changes and something in his eyes.'
She added: 'I was scared and nervous at the time. Dog parks are meant to be safe, social spaces, but this man's aggressive behavior - yelling, making exaggerated claims of danger, and provoking confrontation—created an uncomfortable environment.
'His hostility could escalate into real issues if repeated, especially if a dog felt threatened.'
Describing the incident, Mariana said: 'It was a typical day at the puppy park, where dogs roam off-leash. My friend and I were letting Luna and Kon play when a woman with two chihuahuas arrived.
'The woman got upset when Kon approached, and her dogs started barking. Clearly uncomfortable with any dog larger than hers, she yelled at my friend, demanding all dogs be leashed.
'Instead of calmly addressing the situation, she called over her boyfriend, who then escalated things.
'By the time the boyfriend arrived, Kon was already leashed, but he immediately launched into an aggressive tirade, claiming Kon "needs to be sent to a rescue centre".'
'He insisted Luna was attacking him, despite her only pawing his leg. Meanwhile, Kon remained calm.
'The man escalated with mocking comments and intimidating body language, all while positioning himself as a victim in an encounter where no one was in danger.
'Ironically, his own Chihuahuas, notorious for barking at everything, kept yapping the entire time.'
Mariana claimed that the man then 'followed' them as they were walking home.
'He came alone specifically seeking us out to further harass us,' she said. He aggressively claimed we had no right to use the park, citing the 'cheap' service charge and 'poor quality' grass in our building complex as reasons we shouldn't be there.
'He implied that only tenants from his building, which he asserted paid for the park, could use it - despite it being a public space.'
