Andrew Tate has boasted about the apparent return of $40million in assets after claiming a 'lack of evidence' got him back his 'supercars', 'gold bars' and $3million in cash.

The controversial influencer's possessions had been seized after he was arrested in Romania in August over fresh allegations of trafficking and sex with a minor.

Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 36, are being investigated over claims a 17-year-old girl was trafficked to Britain and forced to 'perform sexual acts in order to produce pornographic material'.

Romanian officers also claimed that from December 2020, a defendant engaged in 'sexual relations' with a 15-year-old.

The decision to hand Tate's assets back to him was reportedly made in a court ruling after his possessions were confiscated by Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organised Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT) on August 1.

Taking to social media platform X today, Tate posted a topless picture of himself smiling and giving a thumbs up, alongside the caption: 'The Bucharest Tribunal Court has just ruled to return my 40,000,000 dollars of assets due to a lack of evidence.

'All my super cars. Gold bars. $3,000,000 in cash. Everything.'

A third woman alleged she was raped by Tristan Tate and that he held her by the throat as he did so.

Speaking to the BBC, two women who are not involved in the Romania case gave detailed claims of rape and sexual violence.

One woman, named as Anna, said she went on several dates with self-proclaimed misogynist Andrew Tate in Luton in 2013, before going back to his house.

She claimed they kissed, before Tate told her: 'I'm just debating whether I should rape you or not.'

She alleges he then grabbed her by the throat and 'smashed' her onto his bed and raped her, while strangling her 'extremely hard'.

She added that Tate sent her a series of disturbing messages afterwards, telling her: 'Am I a bad person? Because the more you didn't like it, the more I enjoyed it.'
