The family of slain University of Idaho student Kaylee Goncalves has been forced to launch a fundraising campaign just to attend the trial of their daughter's alleged killer, Bryan Kohberger.

The Goncalves family, who have not missed a single court appearance since the brutal quadruple murder shocked the nation, are now facing a daunting financial hurdle.

Kohberger's defense team successfully pushed to move the trial from Latah County to Ada County, claiming their client couldn't receive a fair trial in the original jurisdiction.

This change of venue has left the grieving family scrambling to cover the costs of attending the trial in Boise, potentially hundreds of miles from their home.
