CCTV images released in Newcastle assault investigation after man attacked several people outside bar
by Owen Younger · ChronicleLiveAn assault in Newcastle is being investigated, as police have now released an image of a man who may have information. On Saturday, September 21, at around 8pm, police were called to a violent incident on the Quayside.
It was reported to officers that a verbal altercation had reached the point where a man assaulted several people outside of the bar Tiger Hornsby, before fleeing on foot. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured during the alleged attacks.
Northumbria Police launched an investigation and have been carrying out a number of inquiries. Officers have now shared the above image of a man that they would like to trace, who was in the area at the time and may be able to assist with inquiries.
