Rosanna Davison shares an update on her 'dream home' renovations as they gut their kitchen

Irish model and business woman Rosanna Davison has shared the beginnings of the renovations taking place on her "dream home."

While the family were delighted to find their new place, the house needs some updating before they can call it home.

The family of five have been on the hunt for the perfect pad, and have found it after four years of searching.

Rosanna is married to Wesley Quirke and the couple share three children together - daughter Sophia and twin boys Hugo and Oscar.

She shared a sweet snapshot of her children exploring the ground floor of the new home amid the renovations, under her careful supervision, in a new update.

She is completely revamping the kitchen, with snapshots from the home showing glimpses of high ceilings, large glass sliding doors, brass light fixtures and a lovely spiral staircase amid the gutted frame of the home.

"The first thing we did was take out the kitchen. But we've kept all the cabinets and appliances in storage.

"We're hoping to reuse some of the cabinets in our utility room and the oven will work in our new kitchen.

"Lots of decisions to make over the coming weeks but I'm really enjoying the process so far."

They are on to the stage of choosing furniture and interior decor elements, too.

The family have also onboarded the help of a design team to make the most of the space and to help their aesthetic vision come to life.

Posting to Instagram earlier this week, the entrepreneur shared in a "little life update" that the family had secured the keys to their new property.

She said: "We began searching for the perfect forever home for our family soon after our twins were born four years ago."

"Somewhere special to make family memories together. Earlier this year, we found it."

"We picked up our keys at the beginning of September and began planning some interior structural work - we’re standing in what will eventually be our kitchen!

"We’ve asked the talented @geri_designs to help us design our dream home and all the fun of choosing paint colours, flooring, furniture and fabrics is now underway."

"I’ll share renovation and interiors updates as I go for anyone interested in home transformations. Love a good before and after. We’re so excited to get started!"
