Astonishing Exeter apartments look like something out of a film set

They come with a huge price tag

Three huge flats have become available to rent in one of the most prominent parts of Exeter city centre. But potential occupiers will have to be prepared to pay an equally huge price tag for them.

The apartments, one of which is described as a penthouse, can be found above a shop unit that was occupied by Castle Fine Art until 2016. The building is located next to the Royal Clarence wreckage, which is still awaiting redevelopment nearly eight years after the devastating fire.

Inside, a grand staircase leads up to the three properties, each of which boast views of Exeter Cathedral. The first apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse on the top floor, with high ceilings, a large, modern kitchen and its own staircase up to the roof terrace. If that wasn't luxurious enough, it even has a chandelier in the reception room. It is being listed for £3,800 per month, with a holding deposit of £876.

The other two apartments are below the penthouse and, although they are slightly smaller, they have many of the same features. Both have the same high ceilings and oak flooring throughout, as well as large windows which overlook the Cathedral.

They are listed at £3,700 and £3,600 per month respectively, with deposits of £853 and £830. All three are being marketed by Connells estate agents.
