Strictly Come Dancing's double historic announcement made moments into show

Claudia Winkleman excitedly revealed a Strictly Come Dancing first just moments into tonight's show. At the start of the week 10 episode of the hit BBC One show, it was a first for the long-running series.As she and Tess Daly greeted the audience, Claudia took a moment to announce: "For the first time in Strictly history, all our couples are entering this week of the competition having scored a ten."

The crowd erupted with applause as Tess chimed in: "We still haven't seen the elusive 40 yet and there is only one group of people who can change that. So please welcome the judges."

And that wasn't all. As moment later, Tess added: "This is the return of the Dance-a-thon – and they are tackling the Samba.”

Claudia then added: “The judges will be scoring and it is an opening to turn the leaderboard and the entire show on its head.”

Sunday night will see another celebrity leave the dance floor, and the odds aren't looking favourable for Pete Wicks and his partner.
