The video, which lasts 61 seconds, shows what appears to be a couple wrestling with a man wearing a black hat. As the man in the hat struggles with the other man, the woman tries to intervene but in the melee both the woman and the man in the hat lose their footing and fall onto the road.
As the woman falls out onto the road a bus can be seen driving by. The woman, who collides with the side of the vehicle, comes within inches of the bus driving over her head. The bus continues out of the frame but the woman can be seen lying injured at the side of the road.
Meanwhile, a bystander intervenes by pinning the man in the hat to the ground while the other man goes to the aid of the woman.
