Northland assault leaves one person in moderate condition

A person has sustained moderate injuries after being assaulted at a property on State Highway 12 in Northland, police have confirmed.

Hato Hone St John was notified of the incident at 7.21pm.

Two ambulances attended and one person was transported to Bay of Islands Hospital in a moderate condition.
