The UPSC IES, ISS results 2024 have been declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The results for the Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) examinations held earlier this year were released on December 13 and can be accessed on the official UPSC website, upsc.gov.in.
Anurag Gautam secured the top position in the UPSC IES exam, followed by Mrdul Pandita, Aahana Srishti, Reetika Gupta, and Shivani Chauhan in the top five.
In the UPSC ISS exam, Sinchan Snigdha Adhikary emerged as the topper, with Biltu Maji, Rajesh Kumar, Jaswinderpal Singh, and Patil Samir Vasant rounding out the top five.
UPSC IES, ISS RESULTS DETAILS
This year’s recruitment process included a written exam conducted from June 21 to 23, followed by interviews in December.
A total of 18 vacancies were announced for the IES and 33 for the ISS. These included seats reserved for various categories, including PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities).
While most candidates have received confirmed appointments, the results for four candidates in each service are provisional.
Their appointments depend on the submission and verification of original documents within three months. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of their candidatures.
