2 critically wounded, 4 more injured after suspect attacked with 'an ax and a knife' in Hadera, Israel

A 36-year-old Israeli citizen identified as Ahmed Jabarin was shot and arrested after an alleged stabbing spree

(Oct. 9, 2024 / JNS) — Six people were wounded, two of them critically, in a terrorist attack in Hadera, north of Netanya, on Wednesday.

A large number of security personnel arrived at the scene of the attack, and the assailant was neutralized.

The wounded were evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, according to the Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service. Two people were admitted in critical condition, three in serious condition and one in moderate condition, the hospital said.
