Search for man after sexual assault at Nottingham city centre bar

The force has asked for him or anyone who knows him to come forward

Police have shared a CCTV image as part of an investigation into a sexual assault that took place in a Nottingham bar. The incident happened at a bar in Thurland Street, Nottingham city centre, shortly before midnight on Friday, August 16.

Nottinghamshire Police has now released an image of a man who officers believe could help with their investigation. The force has asked for him or anyone who knows him to come forward.

Sergeant Christopher Johnson, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "This was an upsetting incident for the victim and we are determined to identify a suspect. We believe the person in these images can help with our investigation and ask him to come forward without delay.”

Police have asked anyone with information about this incident to call 101 quoting incident 29 of September 17.
