Thomas notes: "Not many people know this, but caffeine's the number one ingredient in 90% of fat burners, due to it being an appetite suppressant."

The second item is white fish, which he praises for its high protein and low calorie content: "It's one of the leanest proteins out there because per 100 grams, it's only 85 calories and you get 20.2 grams of protein."

Green leafy vegetables make the third spot on his list , reports Surrey Live.Thomas advises: "If you want a little cheat code to make fat loss easier, literally take as much green veg as possible and pile it on your plate with your other foods."

For those who aren't keen on veggies, Thomas has some straightforward advice: "Just grow the f**k up."

Fitness expert Thomas showcased what he calls one of the "cleanest proteins out there" – egg whites. Detailing their benefits, he explained: "I'm not saying don't eat whole eggs again, but if you top these up with your normal eggs... game-changer."

He pointed out that egg whites have only 48 calories per 100 grams and pack nearly 11 grams of protein.

Closing his list, he recommended fresh berries to tackle sugar cravings. He advocated that they contain natural sugars, are low in calories, and will "sort you out".

His fans were quick to express their appreciation for the advice, with one person highlighting the tips as "good hacks", and another commending him for talking sense.
