The six suspects appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court in connection with the case. Doherty, of North Lanarkshire, McIntyre, of Glasgow, and McKelvie, of Barrhead, were all remanded in custody after making private appearances.
Doherty, 28, faces a charge of acquiring, using or possessing criminal property, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, and two charges of drug dealing.
McIntyre, 30, faces identical charges, while McKelvie, 28, also faces a drug dealing charge and a charge of concealing, disguising, converting and transferring criminal property, also under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
The cases against all three men were continued for prosecutors to investigate further. Although no future court dates have been set, they are expected to make second court appearances in connection with their prosecutions next week.
McSwiggan, of Glasgow, Sanderson, of Renfrew, and Tracey, of Glasgow, were all released on bail during their appearances. McSwiggan, 37, Sanderson, 32, and Tracey, 29, are all charged with drug dealing and their next court hearings have yet to be set.
All six men made no plea to the charges against them. A man aged 29 and a 27-year-old woman who were also arrested as part of the raise were released pending further enquiries.
