Atul Subhash Suicide: A post by the Ministry Of Law And Justice has surfaced on X amid outrage on social media over the suicide of a 34-year-old techie who accused his wife, her parents and a family court judge in a note.

The man has named five people, including his wife Nikita Singhania, in-laws, and Principal Family Court Judge (UP), for instigating him. In the note, Subhash said that his ashes should not be immersed until he gets justice. "If justice cannot be given then my ashes should be thrown in the gutter in front of the court so that people understand that man's life is a gutter in this country," he wrote.

The same day, the Law Ministry shared a post about family courts on X. "Family Courts are a dedicated platform for resolving disputes within families, ensuring that issues related to marriage, child custody, and inheritance are handled with care, sensitivity, and without the conventional formal court style. They focus on timely and impartial solutions, while also promoting reconciliation to help restore relationships within families," the post read.
