The Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre and Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce all candidates forum begins now.
The event is being livestreamed for people who cannot attend in person.

With the provincial election fast approaching, Vernon-Lumby candidates are gathering for an all candidates forum today.
The event is co-hosted by the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce and the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre. The forum is from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at VDPAG, 3800 33 Street, and open to the public.
A livestream of the event will be broadcast in this story for those unable to attend in person.
This is the third all candidates forum being put on for the Vernon-Lumby candidates. Chamber president Dan Proulx confirmed all four candidates have RSVP’d yes to the event.
- Kevin Action – independent (formerly BC United)
- Dennis Giesbrecht – BC Conservative Party
- Robert Johnson – BC Libertarian Party
- Harwinder Sandhu – BC New Democratic Party
If all four candidates show up it will be the first time voters will be able to hear from all candidates at a forum.
