Plymouth man who allegedly burgled breakers' yard to face court
by Carl Eve · PlymouthLiveA man is set to appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court today charged with the burglary of a breakers yard and two properties.
Police said that following reports of an alleged burglary at the Breakwater Breakers business in Breakwater Hill, Coxside on and two similar incidents at the Shiny Car Wash in Stuart Road, on November 25 and 26, police examined CCTV footage from the area.
Further inquiries led officers to arrest Simon Davis, aged 28 on Wednesday morning and he was taken to Charles Cross police station custody suite for interview.
On Wednesday evening Davis, of Union Street, was charged with three counts of burglary.
He was remanded into custody and will appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court today.
