Body Found Floating In Kota Kemuning Lake

The police were informed about a body floating in Kota Kemuning Lake after parkgoers discovered it this morning, 9 October

Shah Alam district police chief ACP Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said the body of the fully clothed man could not be identified as he did not carry any form of identification, reported the New Straits Times.

"Checks on the victim's body did not yield any signs of injuries or a struggle," he said.

Malay Mail quoted Iqbal as saying that the victim could be a foreigner.

The body has been sent to Shah Alam Hospital for a post-mortem to determine the cause of death

"The case is classified as sudden death. Anyone with further information can contact the investigating officer, Inspector Mohd Shahrul Bakhri at 012-3630512," said the district police chief.
