105 Sahitya Sarige buses to ferry people to Kannada Sahitya Sammelana

The special Sahitya Sarige buses will ply every half an hour to ferry people to the venue of the literary event on the occasion of the 87^th Akhila Bharata Kannada Sahitya Sammelana in Mandya.

Deputy Commissioner Dr. Kumar said every taluk in the district will have special Sahitya Sarige buses operating to Mandya for the event.

In total, 105 Sahitya Sarige buses will be operated – 15 buses each in every taluk – for three days from December 20. People can use the facility to reach the venue and participate, he added.

The bus service within Mandya city to the venue will be free of cost. A health centre will function round-the-clock next to the registration counter.
