Massive fire engulfs restaurant in Kalaburagi

A major fire broke out at Coffizza Cafe restaurant located on the third floor of the S.R. Plaza building in Jaya Nagar locality on Saturday morning.

A team of Fire and Emergency Services was rushed to the spot and extinguished the flames after hectic efforts. The officials said no casualty was reported as all the staff were rescued safely from the building. The fire broke out owing to a short circuit.

The fire engulfed the entire third floor in no time causing extensive damage to assets, furniture, and infrastructure. A case has been registered at M.B. Nagar police station.
