Take responsibility of vehicle parking, Srisailam EO tells choultry managements
by The Hindu Bureau · The HinduSrisailam temple executive officer (EO) M. Srinivasa Rao on Wednesday asked the managements of various choultries in the temple town to take responsibility of proper parking of vehicles belonging to their guests.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao told the managers of various choultries operating in the temple town that the number of vehicles to Srisailam has increased significantly. He said that the guests staying at these choultries have been parking their vehicles haphazardly and on the main thoroughfares leading to disruption of traffic and trouble to pedestrians.
The EO asked the managements to maintain hygiene in their premises and to provide adequate dustbins. The temple officials also asked the managements to store adequate water in their tanks in view of the upcoming Maha Sivaratri Brahmotsavams, which will see a surge in devotees. The officials asked the managements to keep the tanks ready for the temple management to provide water.
