Blood donation camp held

A total of 100 people donated blood on November 26 as part of the ongoing NCC Annual Training Camp at Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology, Vallam, near Thanjavur.

According to sources, out of the 500 cadets of junior and senior divisions of NCC participating in the annual training camp, 90 cadets donated blood. Army and NCC officers, five each, also donated blood on the occasion.
