DRM unveils SCR Railfans logo

Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Narendra A. Patil on Saturday (December 14) inaugurated the South Central Railway (SCR) ‘Railfans’ logo at the railway station here.

SCR Railfans will spread awareness on rail safety, heritage conservation and the innovative programmes being taken up by the Indian Railway through various social media platforms.

“The new log designed by SCR officer, Nusrat M. Mandrupkar, symbolise the role of Railfans in promoting the activities of the Indian Railways being taken up for the welfare and safety of the passengers,” the DRM said.

Railfans is a community of professional photographers, vloggers and videographers. Railfans from Bangaluru, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Rajamahendravaram, Vijayawada and other places attended the programme.
