Woman arrested for ‘threatening to kill PM Modi’

The police has started investigating, the call is also likely to be a prank call; she has no criminal background

Mumbai Police Control received a call threatening to kill PM Narendra Modi on Thursday (November 28, 2024). The caller informed of a plan that has been made to kill PM Modi and the weapon is ready for it. The police has started investigating, the call is also likely to be a prank call.

FIR filed in Amboli police station. The 34 years old lady is arrested in the case, she has no criminal background.

Earlier in this year on May, 2024, an anonymous person called up the office of National Investigation Agency (NIA) in Chennai and claimed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be assassinated during one of his election campaigns.
