Urgent appeal issued to find missing girl last seen two days ago in Manchester

People are being urged to look out for a missing girl who was last seen two days ago. Police say Maryam was last seen at 6.30pm on Tuesday (December 10).

She was seen on Stockport Road, in Longsight, at the time. Maryam's surname has not been given by Greater Manchester Police.

She is described by GMP as being 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build and with blonde hair in a bun. An image of Maryam has been shared by GMP, which shows her with her hair in a different style.

At the time of her disappearance, Maryam was seen wearing a long grey cardigan, a black t-shirt and white jeans. She also wore white Nike trainers and a chain with Arabic writing on it.
