BBC Strictly Come Dancing spoiler leak reveals 'wrong' bottom-two in Blackpool 'shock'
by Jessica Sansome · Manchester Evening NewsStrictly Come Dancing fans have rushed to respond as the latest leaked spoiler claimed to feature the 'wrong' bottom two. Fans who couldn't wait to find out the result of the latest dance-off and elimination have been sharing their thoughts online after the news was released early.
Fans of the BBC One dance contest tuned in on Saturday night (November 16) as week nine of the 2024 series got underway. But it wasn't just any week as the whole Strictly team relocated to Blackpool for the show's annual special - and the spectacle didn't disappoint.
Actress Sarah Hadland and Love Island star Tasha Ghouri jointly topped the Strictly Come Dancing leaderboard following their performances in the famous Tower Ballroom, for which the judges individually gave them a near-perfect score of 39 points.
Motsi Mabuse described Tasha's intense and dramatic paso doble routine to Nathan Lanier’s Torn, during which professional Aljaz Skorjanec flung her through his legs, as the "dance of the night".
Meanwhile, Sarah and her partner Vito Coppola’s couple’s choice routine to Padam Padam by Kylie Minogue was described by judge Craig Revel Horwood as "a little too perfect". He told them he knew “it sounds weird”, but felt that se lacked emotion, which he felt "brought you out" of the performance at moments.
But some Strictly fans have been left confused after a leaked spoiler revealed which celebrity left the competition this weekend. The results show airs on a Sunday evening but is pre-recorded on the Saturday night after the live show, meaning that the name of the axed star is often leaked online.

I did worry it might go the other way for a second."
