The TfGM spokesperson said: "We are working with all operators to ensure Bee Network services are as safe as possible. Although there were no injuries following Tuesday's collision it will, like any incident involving a Bee Network service, be investigated.
"An initial review of CCTV has shown that the bus set off from a green light shortly before the collision and early findings from the operator suggest the bus driver was not at fault."
