Pedestrian rushed to hospital after Tameside crash

Emergency services raced to Cheetham Hill Road in Dukinfield at around 5pm on Friday (November 15) after reports of a pedestrian injured in a collision.
One woman suffered injuries and was taken to hospital. The exact details of her condition are not yet known.
Officers said North West Ambulance attended the scene and treated the woman, who had been involved in a collision between a car and a pedestrian. They confirmed one woman was injured, but did not give details on her condition.
Witnesses reported heavy traffic in the area as emergency services worked to clear the road. It is not known exactly when it will reopen.
