Baby hit by foam bullet fired from passing car
by Cathy Owen · Wales OnlinePolice are investigating after a child was hit by a foam bullet fired from a passing car. Dyfed-Powys Police said the bullet was shot at a mother and baby as they were walking near Narberth.
They had been walking along Kiln Park Road on Wednesday, November 6, when the incident, that is being treated as an alleged assault, took place.
A statement from the force said the woman reported that a hatchback car, possibly dark blue, pulled up beside her, before a Nerf gun was shot, hitting the baby. The car reportedly drove off at speed either in the direction of Narberth town or Pemblewin roundabout.
The incident was reported to have happened at just before 5.45pm and police are now appealing for anyone who might have witnessed it to come forward.
