Changes sought for well-known Newbridge, County Kildare takeaway

Changes are being sought for a well-known takeaway located on the Main Street of Newbridge.

A planning permission application currently with Kildare County Council shows that Sal Raso is intending to make the changes to the premises of Central Grill.

According to the application, Mr Raso is seeking to make internal alterations of existing building in order to allow for new internal stairwell to access existing apartment at first-floor level and existing apartment at second-floor level.

He is also seeking permission for an extension to the existing second-floor level addressing the Main Street.

In addition, Mr Raso is seeking permission for the construction of a first and second-floor extension over existing ground-floor building, in order to allow for a self-contained one-bedroom duplex apartment, 'with access from George's Lane and all associated site works.'

The date received is listed as October 4 last, while the submission-by and due dates are listed as November 7 and November 28 respectively.
