Safe crossing is needed for Naas road

Cllr Bill Clear asked for this to be provided across the Blessington Road from Elmwood to Friary Road bridge.
He told a Naas Municipal District meeting it would allow pedestrians, particularly students travelling to school, to cross in a safer manner.
Kildare County Council said this will be examined “when resources permit.”
Cllr Ann Breed supported the call saying “it’s mayhem trying to get across.”
