No footpath for Celbridge residential area

The issue was raised by Cllr Rupert Heather, who asked for a path to be provided around the green in The Grove estate.
Kildare County Council official Simon Wallace said It has not been possible to progress the provision of a path at The Grove this year.
He said an additional €20,000 is required in addition to the Local Property Tax allocation. He added that KCC has concentrated on progressing the current year's works programme, which was outlined to the councillors in March.
He added it is planned to progress the footpath in 2025.
