A Saskatoon man who has served three voyeurism-related sentences over the past seven years has pleaded not guilty to 61 charges that include voyeurism, sexual assault, harassment, intimidation and prowling by night.

Kyle Ronald Hameluck, 35, appeared by video in Saskatoon provincial court on Tuesday when his lawyer, Patrick McDougall, entered the pleas on his behalf. The case was set over to Friday to select a preliminary hearing date.
