Nearly 800 families are getting a helping hand in time for the Thanksgiving long weekend.

The Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation — with support from Canpotex, local volunteers and the 38 Combat Engineer Regiment at Hugh Cairns VC Armoury — spent Tuesday coordinating, packaging and delivering cheer crates to support families from around 50 Saskatoon public schools.
