Man charged after ATV death at Black Lake, Sask.

A 31-year-old Black Lake man who was a passenger on an ATV died in a crash on Monday. RCMP arrested the 30-year-old driver.

Black Lake RCMP and a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist are investigating a fatal ATV crash in northern Saskatchewan on Monday afternoon.

Around 4:20 p.m., Black Lake RCMP responded to a report of an ATV-related injury on Highway 905 between Black Lake and Stony Rapids, Sask., RCMP said in a news release on Thursday.

Officers and local EMS arrived and found an injured passenger alone. He was taken to hospital, where he was later declared dead.
