Thief at Asda in Birmingham steals charity box prompting CCTV appeal

A heartless thief has stolen a charity box from a Birmingham supermarket store. The theft took place at the Asda shop in Bordesley Green at around 7am on Saturday, November 23.

West Midlands Police has issued an image of a man officers would like to speak to in connection with the cruel theft. That man is white, with a beard.

He is pictured a hat with a blue hoodie on top. He also appears to be wearing a black coat.

In issuing the appeal, a spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Do you know who this is? We would like to speak with him in connection with an incident where a charity box was stolen from a store in Bordesley Green, Birmingham, at around 7am on 23 November.”
