Police appeal to trace man 'attacked and robbed' in Birmingham as three arrested

Police said the assault happened on Smallbrook Queensway at around 2am on Friday, November 29.
Three youths were arrested on suspicion of robbery following the incident. Police said the victim, believed to be in his mid 30s to early 40s, left the area and was unsteady on his feet.
Officers investigating had not yet located the man despite "extensive enquiries". A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We're trying to trace this man who we believe was attacked in Birmingham city centre.

"We were alerted to a man being assaulted and robbed on Smallbrook Queensway at around 2am yesterday, November 29. From witness accounts the victim, believed to be aged in his mid-30s to 40s, left the area and was unsteady on his feet.
"As part of our investigation we've arrested three youths on suspicion of robbery but, despite extensive enquiries, we have still to locate the victim. We want to establish how seriously injured they are and if they need hospital treatment.
