The full list of bus and metro services disrupted in Birmingham city centre today have been revealed by transport bosses. Trams and buses were still terminating before reaching Broad Street this morning (October 3).

Transport for West Midlands said the disruption was due to a barrier blocking the major road. Trams were terminating in Centenary Square and city centre bus services were being diverted.

Public transport has not been running along Broad Street for nearly a week. Services were first disrupted in the lead up to the Tory Party Conference, held at the International Convention Centre. The four-day event started on Sunday and finished yesterday.

A Transport for West Midlands spokesperson said: "West Midlands Metro services and National Express buses are still unable to operate along Broad Street due to a barrier in the road. Buses are on diversion and trams will start/terminate at Library."
