Jeremy Clarkson 'barely able to move' in latest health setback

Jeremy Clarkson has shared that a health setback left him 'barely movable'. It comes after the 64-year-old recently opened up about an operation he underwent to save his life after “alarmingly high level” of cholesterol was found in his system.

And now his latest issue could pose a threat to him attending a protest put on by farmers who are against the change to the inheritance tax. Around 20,000 farmers are expected to protest Labour’s tax hikes on Tuesday.

Clarkson hopes he will “get there somehow” as he hopes to support his fellow farmers after bringing many eyes to the profession with his Amazon Prime show, Clarkson's Farm.

The farmers will be hoping to persuade the Government to rethink its inheritance tax plans, which will see estates worth more than £1million incur a 20 percent charge from April. Farmers fear how this will impact passing down their businesses to the next generation, GloucestershireLive reports.

Protesters gathered in Llandudno over the weekend where PM Keir Starmer was addressing the Welsh Labour conference. The Prime Minister said he would defend the Budget "all day long" saying it took "tough decisions that were necessary to stabilise our economy".

"I will defend facing up to the harsh light of fiscal reality, defend tough decisions that were necessary to stabilise our economy, and I will defend protecting the payslips of working people, fixing the foundations of our economy, and investing in the future of Britain and the future of Wales, finally turning the page on austerity – once and for all," he said.
