Staffordshire Police seized a large amount of stolen hygiene and washing products from the boot of a car after one major "give away". The force stopped the vehicle "pre-emptively" and found three wanted occupants inside.

Police said the individuals were wanted for "numerous offences". Officers searched the boot of the car and found dozens of Oral-B and Ariel washing tablets stuffed into reusable carrier bags.

Razor blades and Nurofen tablets were also pictured in the boot. Officers who made the discovery said they immediately suspected the items were stolen because the security tags were still attached.
