Peter Andre's tour blow as ticket prices slashed to just £1

He is set to tour across the UK and visit more than 40 venues next year

Tickets for Peter Andre's upcoming tour have reportedly been slashed to a low £1. The former ITV I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! contestant is set to tour the UK in January 2025.

The gigs will see the Mysterious Girl hitmaker perform tunes by iconic American singer Frankie Valli, 90. But it seems his tour is not proving to be the hit it had been hoped it would be.

The uptake on tickets is said to have been a far cry from his sell-out days and his reportedly led to them being available for just £1. The tour will see Andre perform in more than 40 venues between January and March next year.

Some venues are said to have proved popular but others have been slow when it comes to ticket sales, The Sun reports. Liverpool’s Philharmonic Hall is advertising the usual £45 tickets for a show on January 22 as part of their £1 sale.

There also seem to be plenty of tickets available at locations including St Albans, Grimsby and London’s Dominion Theatre. But it's not all bad news as Andre revealed he recently signed up for a new Channel 5 drama.

While he has starred in productions such as Grease in recent years, he is taking it a step further and is ready for the secret project. He revealed to the Mirror last month: "I have got a part in a new Channel 5 drama as one of the lead characters, which I’m excited about.

"I can’t reveal the name of it just yet or give much away, but I start filming next month and can’t wait to get stuck in. Watch this space!"

Andre is currently enjoying life with his newborn daughter, Arabella. The six-month-old is his fifth child and third with wife Emily MacDonagh. Last week, he said: "Arabella is six months old this week and I’m so grateful I’ve been able to spend so much quality time with her and Emily recently.

"It’s been amazing just to be there with Emily and go through the whole process together. She’s now at the stage where things change, she’s pretty much sleeping through the night and is ready to start weaning.

"Adding an extra child in the mix is a big change, a beautiful but hectic one. The family actually feels complete now with the baby, it’s perfect."

He added: "I'm beginning to see some resemblances between Arabella and Theo; she certainly shares some of his features. Arabella has a cute little triangle of hair at the back of her head and it is so adorable – I posted a picture on Instagram."

"I can’t believe how grown up she is now. Like Millie and Theo, it’s unlikely Emily and I will show her face on social media. AI, for example, can be a scary thing in regard to stealing children’s identity and we don’t know enough about how these images can be used in future."
