Mercedes 'dangerously driven' through Northfield and Kings Norton seized by police

Police said the occupants of the Mercedes, which 'failed to stop' for officers, will be prosecuted

Police said a Mercedes was 'dangerously driven through parts of Birmingham. The vehicle failed to stop for officers and was driven erratically, officers said.

West Midlands Police said the motor did not stop and continued to be driven dangerously through the Kings Norton and Northfield areas. It was later stopped and the vehicle was seized.

Police said the occupants would be prosecuted. Police inquiries surrounding the incident were ongoing.

In a post by Kings Norton Police on X, formerly Twitter, today, Monday, October 14, the force said: "Officers have yesterday been behind a vehicle that has failed to stop and continued to drive dangerously through the Kings Norton and Northfield areas. The vehicle was stopped, seized and occupants will later be prosecute."
