Moment police storm home and seize '150 cannabis plants' after noticing roof 'glowing'

The roof "glowed particularly bright" on a thermal camera and cannabis plants were found across five rooms in various states of preparation, police added. Inside one of the rooms they also found two knives.
Terence Bartley, 41 of Southlea Avenue, was later charged with production of cannabis. He was due to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates' Court for a first hearing on Friday, December 13.

Footage of the raid showed officers bursting through the front door of the property. A Warwickshire Police spokesperson said: "Leamington Spa Safer Neighbourhood Team carried out a warrant on a house with a roof that glowed particularly bright on one of our thermal cameras.
"Inside the property on Southlea Avenue in Leamington, 150 cannabis plants were discovered across five rooms in various states of preparation. Following this, Terence Bartley, 41 of Southlea Avenue, has been charged with production of cannabis."
