Strictly Come Dancing viewers were all echoing the same sentiment as they noticed a former cast member in the audience during week four's live show.

Dragons' Den's Sara Davies was seen in the crowd, applauding EastEnders ' Jamie Borthwick and she looked stunning in a red strapless dress, standing next to comedian Alan Carr. Just moments before, Alan had been engrossed in reading the Strictly terms and conditions while advertising his BBC quiz programme.

After partnering with professional dancer Aljaz Skorjanec in series 19, it was clear that Sara was eager to be back in the studio supporting her celebrity friends.

However, viewers on X were captivated by her transformation, with one commenting: "Sara in the audience looks amazing - she's lost so much weight."

Another agreed: "Off topic but Sara Davies looks absolutely stunning in the audience.", reports the Mirror. Another viewer expressed: "I miss her - she looks like she's having a blast." Recently, Sara shed an impressive four stone, slimming down to a size 12 following a "trigger moment".

When a doctor cautioned her about the risk of becoming pre-diabetic, and Sara found herself needing to "size up" her wardrobe, she decided it was time for a lifestyle change. She completely eliminated sugar from her diet, stating: "I stopped having chocolate and cakes, but also cut back on carbs and ate more veg than fruit."

Fans said Sara looked "amazing" on Saturday night

"Miserable as it is, I also stopped drinking alcohol to reduce sugar. During filming, we go for dinner as a pack of Dragons, and Peter Jones has very nice, expensive taste in wine, but I feel so much better for cutting it out."

"I'm not saying I'll never drink again - I had a hamburger and gin and tonics at my 40th - but I've really enjoyed cutting down."

She describes kombucha as "life-changing", confessing it's "dodgy looking" but has been instrumental in making her feel like she's still enjoying wine minus the calories. Additionally, she preps her salads on Sunday evenings and acknowledges that she has gained considerable insight from her vegan co-star Deborah Meaden.
