You may have spotted the three blind mice, fairies, dragons and some basketball players running throughout Penticton's downtown on Saturday, taking part in the 2024 Penticton Beer Run.

As a part of the sixth annual Penticton Beer Week, competitors runs between 10 breweries and local eateries in a 10 km walk/run.

New this year was also an option for a shorter six km course – with no less beer.

Participants started at Abandoned Rail Brewing, taking the scenic route starting out by cruising down the KVR trail as they sample their way through Penticton.

Tastings from Barley Mill, Cannery, Tin Whistle, Neighbourhood, Slackwater, Highway 97, Firehall, Giant’s Head, Yellow Dog, and Abandoned Railway were included.

Take a look through the photo galleries to see a few of the epic group costumes.
