Traffic returns to normal

The collision that was slowing traffic at Highway 97 and Banks Rd. is now clear and northbound traffic has returned to normal.
ORIGINAL 3:40 p.m.
Traffic on Highway 97 is backed up at Banks Road Friday afternoon.
Northbound traffic on Highway 97 is delayed at Banks Road due to a collision involving a silver convertible.
Emergency crews are on the scene and there does not appear to be any serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Single-lane traffic is getting through but as of 3:30 p.m. northbound Hwy 97 traffic is backed up to Burtch Road.
