10th edition of CREDAI Property Expo gets under way in Visakhapatnam

The expo has brought all stakeholders under one roof, making it easier for the buyers to take decisions about their dream homes, says CREDAI Visakhapatnam Chapter chairman

The 10th edition of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Property Expo began on a grand note at Gadiraju Palace here on Friday.

Nearly 80 stalls featuring various construction projects, including flats, plots, villas, luxury homes, gated communities, were put up. This apart, stalls pertaining to solar roof companies, tiles, electric appliances, steel, illumination, CCTV cameras and a few others which are required for household properties were also set up, making the expo a one-stop destination for all home needs. Like every year, the CREDAI has also arranged exclusive stalls with representatives from various banks which are offering home loans. The bank authorities are offering special discounts, deals and instant loan approvals.

MLAs Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu, P. Vishnu Kumar Raju and Ch. Vamsikrishna Srinivas attended the inaugural of the CREDAI expo and visited the stalls.

Chairman, CREDAI, Visakhapatnam Chapter, K.S.R.K. Raju, said that the CREDAI property expo was a place for all those who wish to buy a property in the most happening places like Visakhapatnam. The expo has brought all stakeholders under one roof, making it easier for the buyers to take decisions about their dream homes, he said.

Vice President, CREDAI, E. Ashok Kumar, Secretary, V Sreenu, Convenor, Ch. Govinda Raju, and others were present.
