Last year properties in Merseyside had an overall average price of £214,045 according to Rightmove. The majority of sales in Merseyside over the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £229,350.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £154,274, with flats fetching £139,474. Overall, sold prices in Merseyside in the last 12 months were 2% down on the previous year and 2% up on the 2021 peak of £209,530.
