KILDARE: 25 new homes being planned for Rathangan area

Kildare Co Council considering the proposals

A proposed housing scheme of 25 properties is being planned for Rathangan.

The estimate construction value of the project is over €5m, according to the Construction Information Services database.

A planning application was submitted to Kildare County Council by Oakway Homes.

A total of 25 dwellings are being proposed at Millview Demesne.

Included in the plans are: 

• 8 semi-detached 2 storey 4 bed dwellings
• 6 semi detached 2 storey 3 bed dwellings
• 2 mid terrace 2 storey 3 bed dwellings
• 2 end terrace 2 storey 3 bed dwellings
• 2 ground floor 1 bed maisonettes
• 2 2 storey 2 bed duplex maisonettes

Access is proposed through existing Millview Demesne housing development previously granted planning permission.

Also in the plans are internal access roads and footpaths.
